  • Google OAuth: if you choose to sign in with your Google account. Essential for this authentication method.

4. How Long Do Cookies Last?

  • Session cookies: deleted automatically when you close your browser.
  • Authentication cookies: until you log out or your session expires.
  • Language / theme preferences: stored in your browser's local storage (no expiry, cleared on browser data wipe).
  • Cookie consent preferences: 12 months.
  • Microsoft Clarity cookies: per Clarity's own retention settings (typically up to 12 months).
